Terrible signal and poor service

Hi

This is my 3rd request with no resolution and the service seems to get worse and worse, I did not even receive a call for my 2nd request, I received an email, responded and no response, I still have very poor signal if any at all at my home, my work is not much better, this is impacting my delivery at work and needa resolution soon
