My data line is due for upgrade, but if i upgraded then i would have to pay for 2 lines as advised by the consultant, i spoke to Ivan Govender and he advised me that he would cancel the contract and i then need to take out a new one, which i did. I have the device but the sim card is still not active. i contacted the call centre and they have no record of the new line and cannot activate anything. So please can you get a Senior Manager who has some sort of business sense to contact me to sort this problem out asap. Not one person has any idea of how to sort this problem out
