Mtn have no idea what they are doing

Okay so I had my contract upgraded to one that included a TV, it was due to expire on the 1st, but obviously it was easter weekend so the papers went through on the 2nd, so on the 5th they told me the contract was ready and I can come pick it up so I arranged transport thinking I would be able to pick up the phone and the TV, but no it is going to be delivered 1st problem, second off i was told it would take 3-5 working days to be delivered, it is still not here, and this morning I get a phone call from the courier themselves telling me that the TV license does not match any on the i.d, but of course even before we could take the contract we had to fill in a 3rd party forum saying the we reside with my gran and it is her tv license, now I am waiting for mtn to email them with the forum so we can get started on the delivery but low and behold I cant even get ahold of mtn the phone just rings and rings, and they cant start the process of delivery until that email has gone through, this is an utter disgust in the lack of service and communication that mtn has with their clients, I have no idea what is going on and if the email has even gone through or not.
This is disgusting service.
