My netwoek connection was just cut without notification then I cal the call center to understand whats happening. The call center lady tell me by account has reached the credit limit and ended up hanging up on me. I mean I have signed a contract fo R299 monthly with a 2G Ssubscribtion and I never skipped any payment. How did I reach my limit because the monthly subscribrion of 2G should have been transfered on the 13th with the billing? and for that matter no one bothered to contact me and let me know. my data numbet is 0810430312. I have never experienced this and it doesnt make sense to me.
