I went to see the dr on 8/11/13. Was informed I need to have an operation on the 25/11/13. Phoned the Call Centre for auth code on 11/11/13. Been informed it needs to be referred to PMA dept. (I am new member from 1/5/13 without any waiting period). Phoned them 2 days later. They sent the form to another dr I went to see few months back. Phoned the dr's rooms they haven't received this form. Phoned call centre - gave them the dr I went to see (as on the 11th as well). They informed me when they receive the form back it will take 8 working hours. The secretary fax the form on the 18th to the fax no on the form. On the 19th the call centre informed they haven't received the form. The dr re-fax on the 19th by approx. 14H. On the 20th the call centre informed they received the form 14:42 on 19th but the relevant dept is out for the day. I am phoning 20th; 21st and the 22nd and they cant give me any answer!!! I refer the matter to our broker on 21st - he informed me on the 22nd that a lady will phone me in the morning. It is 11:07 and after 3 phone calls and a phone call by the dr's room (they need to book the theatre). I think this is such bad service!!!
