To Whom It may concern
I have been experiencing problems with my Nokia N96 for about 2 years now. Every time i send the handset in to MTN and have it repaired. It comes back and the same thing is wrong with the phone.
The most recent incident was that they gave my phone back without a back cover and battery. Even though it was submitted with a battery and Back cover, they tell me that it wasnt and i need to accept the phone like that. How can I accept poor service like this? it has been countless times that i gave my phone in for repairs and nothing is being done. All they can say is that my phone is fixed and they cant find any fault, but it still persists with the same problem.
According to the Credit Act, i should have received a new product which is the same caliber as the one i have. but ever since, MTN has been toying with me and telling me nothing is wrong. i demand that MTN resolves this issue. how can i enjoy the same service that countless others enjoy? none of my experience with MTN has been enjoyable.
