Every so often our internet gives trouble, we end up spending hours on the phone trying to rectify the NetGear issue. I think Telkom's after service is horrible as you don't have a support structure in place for your clients. You purchase a modem take it home and install everything set it up via the telephone.
Some people don't know networking options and the and setting up of such devices with the software. You should really get trained internet technicians out to the customer's home not everyone is technologically inclined.
There's no time and date for the incident because it happens every 2 months I'm having the same issue again.
