I reported the problem with 8ta to on the 2013/04/04, a data contact that I cancelled with 8ta continuing, (the contract has run 24 months) I had several calls to the call centre with no success. Case number 4117756
8ta: TM-SOC-Billing department contacted me now and they, refunded the last 2 payments and promise that the matter will be resolved, Regards
