Incompetence!!!

Telkom has been billing (REF:26969517 Contact: Kleintjie) me for 2 internets instead of 1 since Jan 2013. i have been struggling with these imbeciles for more than 3 months to get this 1 line cancelled and my money refunded!!! REF: TOC 91288036 Contact: MPHO

WHEN WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED???

I also requested that my services be transfered as from 1 Sept 2013!!! I AM STILL waiting for Telkom to come!!! Then i am billed for services which i do NOT have!!! REF:83126529A contact: TEBOGO

i want this RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY before i take further action!!!
