Hi There.
Logged a third call today with cell c. My account for August is R2500, when I queried I found out that cell c has removed my 2G data bundle hence the extreme costs. Usually 1400 .I am absolutely fedup with their ignorance to respond to calls logged. CellC refund my data cost and and reinstate my 2Gb data please - the request was to increase the call limit not remove my 2Gb data bundle.
Why do we put up with this!!!
