Dear Cell C

Remembr u didt want2update my bank detail after 5times I phoned U.1 Consultant sed I should phone back@monthend (I insisted I want to have it changed on same call), &then the rest of the consultants also apparntly changed the banking details... but never did.
Remembr phoning me & harassing me4payment aftr 3 months in arrears & i couldnt afford the whole amount of outstanding (which you caused since you didnt change bank details and cash payment nevr went through).
Remembr putting my name on the credit bureau as slow payer (U forced me into that position since U didnt change my bank details), making my name bad & influencing my future & plans.
Remembr the 2 different CellC stores that where harassed by an angry customer.

All that is me.

For 8 months ive been paying U off R10 per month on R1800 & will continue doing so.
Ive lost my name, my life is going on. Im prepaid with Vodacom & internet.
I hope my debt is just the start of a very hecticly growing book on your side.
BAD SERVICE, BAD MONEY, FUCKTARDS. YOU need ME. NOT the other way around. I dictate what YOU need to offer and avail.
