I have two accounts with 8ta, for the past two months I had some financial problems which resulted in my account being in arrears. I tried calling the call centre to make an arrangement but the automatic voice does not recognise any selection you key in, at first I thought it was my phone but I got the same result even after trying a number of other phones. So to date my account is 3 months in arrears and I was ready to put it up-to-date and reinstate my debit order so I called through a store instead of the call centre as someone had advised me to do. The store was able to help me but told me that my account has been cancelled; no one called to arrange for payment or warn me. I receive letters on a monthly basis from 8ta none of them indicated whether such action would be taken I use the data for business so it was a priority for me to sort it out. The guy from the 8ta store tried to help me get some answers even he couldn't get through to the call centre.
