POOR RECEPTION

I'm a very unhappy customer!!!
I got this cellc contract on the 1st of March 2013, I changed from Vodacom to cellc because of your promising adverts and promises. Wasnt a wise decision.
I didnt had one day good coverage/signal. Where I'm living in Johannesburg, North Riding, the signal will be full, and in a few minutes the signal will be gone and my call disconnected, this happens everyday! I cant go on like this, every time my signal is bad, I've got my own business, and its costing me money to work like this.
I've phoned customer care twice today, but my calls was disconnected.
I would like you to take care of this asap. I will get away to cancel this contract if nothing is done about this problem.
If you cant deliver the service you promise, then its breach of contract.
