On the 28 January 2013 i phoned in to upgrade to Uncapped - from that date to - 10 February this service had only worked once. I made numerous calls to have this rectified and no one was able to assist me. Eventually i called in on the 14.02.2013 (reference number TOC64615677) to cancel my uncapped and have since gone to MWEB where i have had impecable service. My emails were also down so i called in for a bill as well where i was quoted an amount including Uncapped for Jan, Feb, March which i disputed and was assured it would be rectified. I called in March and was assured the situation would be rectified, to my horror i am still being charged for a service that i am not utilising with Telkom ..What goes on there!!! I call in today 09.04.2013 and the situation remains the same...
