Contradicting billing information

I called the service centre to find out when will my 2 tear contract be ending and the voice prompt said 29 April 2013. I then held to speak to a consultant to confirm when wil the last payment be and Keyshia advised that it will be a month after that, the last debit order will run on the 22 May 2013, she then put me through to Cancellation to start with the notice. i spoke to a rude Bianca Oetss, who spoke to me with an attitude and said the last payment will be on the 29 June 2013. When i tried to understand why 2 months she kept on mentioning the 2 months and actually not giving me a chance to hear me out. it's such crab getting this kind of service from a call centre agent. i signed a 24 month contract, now i got 2 final payment dates and it just feels like a serious rip off. all i wanted was not to continue with the contract but use the number as prepaid.
