Cancellation of the Get It Service

I called your Get It Service in Nov 22, 2012 and spoke to Charmaine to cancel and the last debit should have been in Dec as I had to give a month's notice for cancellation. To date I've been charged for Jan - March and I've called your call centre numerous times with a promise of a call back to confirm cancellation and refund and that has NEVER materialized. Ref#: 5895490 - Charmaine - Nov 2012;
5972582 - Jan/Feb 2013 - ( Vincent??)
6098951 - Charlene - 20 March 2013
The last call, the agent promised that her Team Leader (Charmaine/Chantal??) would call me back before 3pm and that also didn't happen. Note that the attitude of your agents leaves a lot to be desired, no authentication process what so ever! They just give your details willy nilly!!!
So, what must one do to have this service cancelled and have the money refunded or credited to my cell c contract account?? Your Facebook page was also of no help, they asked for my number and nothing happened!!! If it's soooo difficult to cancel this, how much more difficult will it be to cancel the cellphone contract???
