SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH THE DATA USEAGE ON MY 3G CONNECTION. INSTEAD OF BEING CHARGED R789 PER MONTH I WAS CHARGED R26, 498. AS NO-ONE CAN EXPLAIN OR HELP ME, I NEED TO UPGRADE MY PACKAGE TO A 20GB SUBSCRIPTION. THIS IS LIKE DRAWING BLOOD FROM A STONE AS 18 CONSULTANTS AND 8 WEEKS LATER I AM BESIDES MYSELF WITH FRUSTRATION AND THE DOWNRIGHT INEFFICIENCY FROM AUTOPAGE. HELP! HELP! HELP!
