We have been working without internet for the previous 3 working days and it is unacceptable.
It is preventing us from conducting our business and is prohibiting myself and my colleagues from doing ANYTHING! Other businesses in our building got their internet back on Friday yet we are still without internet access.
I have called the call centre and have got no response since Friday. Can someone please explain the situation before I come to the Johannesburg office. Seems like there is nothing i am able to do.
