November 2012, 1 of my contracts was upgraded, at the end of February, I upgraded my second contract. A month later with the Suspended contract, I find out that the February had not been upgraded and in fact the November Contract had actually been DOWNGRADED RATHER THAN UPGRADED.
After numerous calls to the call centre (808), not only do they not comprehend simple requests but the Customer Service is disturbingly Putrid. I have been promised that the Manager will get back to me and to date, I am still waiting for his call.
I don't see why I should bear the brunt of the Incompetent Staff. I am unable to use my phone for a number of days. I want this problem to be resolved and want to be Compensated.
