INCOMPETENCE AT MIBCO

I am going through the claiming of my provident fund with MIBCO, i submitted my forms First week of February and still to this date i am waiting for my documents to be sent through to SARS.I called to follow up on my claim only to find that they have not updated my claim with my tax number which they had smsed me to send my Tax number on the 4th April 2013, which i did immediately after receiving the sms. I am so astonished at this sort of incompetence and it is disgusting that these agents prolong the process even more for us the customers. I have just been told by the Agent that the claim will be taking another 3 weeks??? LIKE HONESTLY DO MIBCO EVEN KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS???
