I upgraded my cell phone contract in January via 145, I was happy on the all day 100, and was advised that they only had the package of 50 free calls, 50 sms, and 50 data bundles. I was not delighted with the package but accepted it as it was all they were offering in order to get a new bb. I then asked if my bis service will still be active and asked again if there will be anyadditional charge. The sales person said it will still be active at no extra charge. two weeks ago I received an sms stating that my contract was successfully upgraded and since then my BIS was deactivated. I have called 140, 145 and spoken to a techie. supervisor was supposed to call me back yesterday - still no call. I want my BIS reactivated and frankly I don't want this stupid contract any more. It was sold to me under false pretences. "like any good spy movie" - the call was recorded and I expect answers or else I take this to the consumer protector. SWITCH ON MY BIS SERVICE ASAP AND CALL ME BACK!!!
