Poor product knowledge

I am terrified and highly disappointed in feedback received from call centre agents this morning. I have contacted the call centre a few times this morning and every time got a different story. I would like to cancel my contract but require somebody with moderate intelligence and product knowledge to see to my queries. The recordings of these calls now become very useful if it was recorded.
