High Latency and delay

Hi,

I have my business adsl account with afrihost only to play dota 2. My ping is 1000 ms and I have 2 second delay. I need this resolved by tomorrow else I will take my business elsewhere. My ping to local web site, [URL Removed] is 300 ms. To international site, [URL Removed] is 600 ms. It is not my first post in regards to afrihost's poor connection quality. I have now had these latency issues for some time and its not part of the deal I signed up for. I had a mweb account last year in the same house with no problems.
