I am due for an upgrade with Cell C and will seriously reconsider continuing my contract. It it impossible to get proper, efficient service at the customer call centre 084140 and 084145. It took me 20 min to actually get to speak to a consultant. The only thing they could do was verifying a few security questions! Then I am put on hold, the system is slow, and I have to listen to that irritating pre-recorded music playing all over again. After 45min, and the same scenario happening over and over again as described above, I am still no closer to a upgrade.
