I Spend my 3112013 mostly on the phone i calculated it all together and spend 161mins on the phone with cell c customer service and all this because i want to upgrade my phone earlier and was said by retentions department i can do so and all i get is pleas call 084140 or 084145 and whats the answer i get after a 20 min waiting time " ohh sorry sir we cant help you" and all this because i want to give cell c business cant believe i left vodacom for cell c if this is the service i get for paying them for a service I'm not getting.!!! I'm so discussed with the service im receiving.
