I cancelled my service gave the mandatory 30 days notice in writing.
last day of service with mweb would have been 31st March 2013.
Today the 2nd of April I am not able to join any other ISP as MWEB has not released my line.
Spoke to mweb tech support, apparently no instruction sent to have line released and migrated back to telkom.
I gave sufficient notice and still cant get get these suckers off my back.
pathetic overpriced products with the worse service ever. glad im leaving.
Please can my line be released, it is unacceptable that I no longer have a service with you and you still holding on my line thus stopping me from applying for the service elsewhere.
like im a hostage to this pathetic company!
