I was approached by cell c as a fnb customer for a 1 gb data contract for Internet usage. I opted to take out 1 contract and concluded briefly over a recorded telephone line with the sales person. I queried whether it was possible to obtain two sim cards (one micro sim for iPad and one regular size some for USB modem/laptop to interchange when using one or the other as both are not used at same time). The sales person confirmed yes this is possible. I made it clear that I am only opting for 1 (one) contract. I am currently being debited twice for two contracts and haven't even opened/used second sim...
I called the customer service centre to explain this and ask to get the erroneous error rectified. I was then asked to send an email to [Email Removed] I sent the email and followed up with a second email attaching the delivery note details and reference numbers on them. To date I have not had a response but the double debits continue. I spoke to Kim Edisson.
I need this matter resolved and the second contract cancelled and refunded.
