This is the second complaint that I am forced to post regarding the same topic with Neotel. In November last year I cancelled my phone with Neotel, the service ion our area was just not good enough. They tried to sell me a new internet connection package that I said I would think about, and that they should email me the details. a few days later their courier tried to deliver the equipment and they had signed me up. I refused to take delivery and contacted Neotel and advised them that I had not requested this service, that did not deter them they started deducting money from my account for the old service and the new one.
After much fighting they eventually passed a credit note, then immediately followed that up with a debit note - back to square 1. Now this month they have invoiced me again and say they will just deduct the money from my account - On my way to see the office in 4-Ways armed with all the Emails and voice recordings to try and get my money back - I think they owe me about R1500.00 right now - WHAT A BUNCH OF LIARS AND CHEATS!
