I returned a TV I bought approximately 8 months ago to the store as it was still covered under warranty.
At the time, a Saturday morning, I was notified that I would be contacted on Monday and be notified whether the supplier would take the TV in for repairs or issue a refund.
On the Monday I did receive a call from a technician at House and Home and was notified that I would be contacted in the afternoon with the status of the TV. However, the afternoon came and went, as did Tuesday and now Wednesday when I tried to contact the branch to find out what was going on there was no response whatsoever.
Please could someone contact me in this regard urgently or at least ensure that your phone lines are functional.
