It's with sadness that I am writing this note on this platform but I have no option, I order a new contract from the above SP on the 7 March 2013, which was activated on 12 March 2013, I want to cancel this contract due to retrenchment and when I called yesterday I was told that I am outside the 10 day cancellation period. Dear reader I am not cancelling because of poor service or ant other reason than of the fact that this R250 will provide my family with more food on the table, Please can I ask that someone at MTN to relook the policy and make an exception as I don't want to have a poor credit record on my name.
