For numerous times I have problems with MTN & its handheld devices. Last year I bought a Nokia E7 from Cradock Branch - after a few months the phone gave in. They replaced it with a BlackBerry 9900 which also now, after a few months is faulty. More than a month ago I took the BlackBerry in to be repaired where Ricardo promised me that phone will be ready for me to be collected. I just came from the shop, Ricardo came with the most stupid excuse that ALL technicians are overseas for courses, and that phone HAS NOT BEEN WORKED ON YET! Now he promised me that he'll get clearance only on Tuesday, 26 March 2013!
I demand a new phone by the end of this month! MTN has set me back loads od unnecessary costs and loss of business. MTN please, stop violating your customers!
