My first customer experience with MTN

You know ever since I started using MTN in 2008/04 I have never ever experienced this kind of service from the 173 Call Centre. The customer experience that I received from one of your consultant (AYANDA NGIBA) was VERY EXCEPTIONAL. HE WENT AN EXTRA MILE BY CALLING ME BACK 30 MIN AFTER HE ATTENTIVELY LISTENED AND ACKNOWLEDGED MY COMPLAINT than the other consultant who were always rude to me for a simple query that AYANDA managed to give me a feedback within an hour. You deserve the best reward ever from MTN and let it not be with me only, please do the same with other customers to ensure that your service is being recognized. Thank a lot! i will do the sim swap as per that guy you refered me to, to see if the problem will still go on as i have been battling with this problems ever since and some of the Team Leaders failed to give me a solution. All the best through the journey with MTN.
