2012 we went to a Cell C branch in west gate shopping center we spoke to BABA she confirmed that we qualify for an upgrade, new deal however not on the same package and we would need to pay an amount of R145.00 and we could add another line, she promised to call us back the Monday business week. I did not receive a call back, i emailed the customer services i did an online query and up till today no response to my email or query. Called 140 and the agents refused to transfer me to a manager. Back n forth to westgate on more than 2 occasions, Firstly the consultants make you stand and wait for more than 30mins then u referred to different people/call center all the time aint very professional this went on for about 3 months and eventually my husband got his upgrade and he called 145 to apply for a second line he was informed that he needed to go in-store to do that which he did and again he was told to wait for 3 months we are in Jan 2013 and every time we get told a different story. No one is willing to help i think that your staff needs to be trained on how to actually serve clients. We've paid this service provider over R5000 in return disappointing service every time..
