UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE IN VRYHEID MTN OFFICE

I bought a blackbery phone on the 26th of November 2012, in January it just switched off and gave an error that I must resert the phone. I was in hospital for operation so had to wait until my knee was right and took it to Richards Bay MTN they had to resert it. On the 6th of March it also did the same thing and took it to Vryheid Mtn office upon where they said it will be taken for repairs as they do not do repairs instore. They said it will take a week to 2 weeks. When I went to the shop on the 18th of March 2013 was sent home to get paper work as they have received a couple of phones, came back with paper work and they said they do not have my phone. I asked to see the manager as I am repairing the phone for the 2nd time within short space of time. The manager said he is not a technician only a sales man and they sell thousands of these phones and he said I will have to wait. The consultant next to him said there has been no delay on this phone, would like to know the explanation of this. To clarify to me what she meant when she asked me who is the manager and why do I want to see him. The manager to clarify what he mearnt when he asked me what is wrong with the phone.
