I have been trying to get hold of your call centre the entire day. The voice prompt says hold on for a consultant but the line goes dead and after holding on for minutes, the call gets dropped. I need to change my details to my married name! This is very urgent as I need to get my phone unblacklisted so i need to go to the police station to get an afidavit and I only have my new I.D with my new surname. I have sent through my details but have not recieved any feedback. I am awaiting your call!!!
