On Saturday 9th May I lost my internet connection. Called the support desk and was told they could not assist as they were upgrading their systems and I could not log a call.
Same thing on Sunday
On Monday I finally get to log a call - and even get a reference number - and still no one has even bothered to call me to discuss the issue.
This is breach of contract as far as I am concerned -I am forced to pay for a service I do not receive - typical of the current government.
