EXCESSIVE ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFYING CUSTOMER

A NEW DATA CONTRACT WAS STARTED 3RD DECEMBER 2012. IT WAS A 2 GB CONTRACT FOR R159 PER MONTH .ON 21 ST JANUARY GOT A PHONECALL FROM BILLING/ACCOUNTS SAYING WAS I AWARE MY ACCOUNT WAS OVER R2000 FOR JANUARY AND OVER R4000 FOR DECEMBER. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS HORRIFIED! WITHIN 4 DAYS (APPROX. 10 HOURS OF FACEBOOKING EMAILING AND GENERAL USE THE 2 GB WERE FINISHED UNBEKNOWN TO THE MYSELF in both dec and jan - 4DAYS 2GB FINISHED!!!
THE REST OF THE MONTH THE DATA WAS USED IN THE SAME WAY UNTIL BY END OF DECEMBER OVER R4 OOO ACCOUNT WAS RUN UP. STILL NO EMAIL OR SMS WAS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER.
SOMETHING WAS OBVIOUSLY WRONG --- IMMEDIATELY STOPPED USING DATA DONGLE AND REQUESTED ASSISTANCE TO FIND OUT WHY COMPUTER DRAWING SO MUCH DATA.
HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE THEN. HUNDREDS OF CALLS, VISITS TO ALTECH GATEWAY MILLIONS OF HOURS AND FUSTRATIONS ON THE PHONE TO THE CALL CENTRE. STILL WAITING FOR A DETAILED ACCOUNT FOR DECEMBER AND JANUARY SHOWING WHICH SITES WERE GOBBLING UP SUCH VAST AMOUNTS OF DATA . IN MEANWHILE CANCELLED DEBIT ORDER - DONT HAVE THE EXTRA R6000 FOR DISPUTED ACCOUNT. THEY NOW JUST HELP THEMSELVES VIA "NAEBO" TO MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT??? PLEASE NEED HELP
