No action now for seven months!

This is my second post on the same problem: I posted a month ago, received an online apology and a promise that my problem will be escalated. I'm still waiting!! Good grief Cell C! I've been complaining now for seven months that I can't send mms. From my side I've done everything I can: I've been in several times to see you, I've phoned multiple times, I've emailed multiple times, I've been to samsung to have my phone checked, and I've posted online. This lack of concern for my problem is absolutely shameful. What should I do next? Or are you trying to make me realise that you can't sort this?
