I have had my ADSL service with Telkom for a full 17 days. In these 17 days, I have had to call in excess of 10 times due to problems with the service.
It is a 4MB/s line but hardly ever runs at a decent speed consistently. RIght now, I am down to a crawl again after making 3 calls to the call centre today and having to have my time wasted for them to refresh the line. Then we run okay for a half hour, then we are back to pathetic speeds.
Faults get escalated but nothing gets resolved... 7CNK120313 was not resolved satisfactorily but yet was closed although I did request escalation. How can I be expected to pay for a service which I cannot use.
This is totally unacceptable. Nobody can be expected to be happy to deal with down time every single day.
