Unreliable serivce and bad call centre

Reported Nashua on the 7th of December 2012 in which Samantha repsonded that she will investigate and come back to me. Up until today there has not been a reponse from Nashua Mobile. I even sent an email to ask for follow up but nothing at all. In the mean time my mother is still paying for a cellphone contract in which there is a dispute. What kind of business are you running. What is so difficult about getting an voice recording and clearing everything up. So that we can move on with our lives. If this keeps on going, we as conumsers have rights and am not afraid to take the legal route because clearly no one is taking me seriously.
