I've been with AXXESS for many years and have advised many people to use them, but sadly, things have changed. I've now had service interruptions for two days running. Yesterday spent 20 minutes on the SHARE CALL line before I got through to someone who gave me rubbish advice and downplayed that you were experiencing massive problems nationwide. This morning I get an SMS sent to all customers apologizing for service failures yesterday. Why didn't you just tell me this yesterday? Today I get home and have problems again; 25 minutes waiting on your SHARE CALL and still no reply? This is worse than TELKOM man! The difference is I don't have to deal with you, I have options, unlike with TELKOM.
I'm not sure who is now running this company now and what has changed. I can tell you that if anyone ever wants to do a study on turnaround, taking an EXCELLENT service provider and turning it into the WORST in SA, this is the one to study!
