Have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone to help me to change from Altech service provider to Vodacom service provider. Have spoken to 8 different people, 3 different departments, at least 15 plus calls over 3 weeks. Get shoved from dept to dept and no will take ownership of problem or help. Get promised returned calls, still waiting! Every person spoken to tells me a different story but no one will help me or take ownership of problem.
On the verge of going to MTN just so I can get this behind me. Have never had such a bad experience & total lack of interest from supplier. Disgrace! Am now without a working phone for 3 days. Reverted to pay as u go in desperation. If anyone is actually interested, contact me (Diane) on my husbands phone 082 311 8236.
