HOW LONG MUST I WAIT!!

On the 18th of Feb'13 I send my Sony Experia for a glass repairs. I called before to make sure they do have stock of the broken glass. They assure me 21 working days. I am still waiting, ok, not yet 21 days!! I need that phone urgent for business because Im leaving the country. I phoned them and ask about it, they haven't even started fixing yet!! WHAT NOW???
