So its been 13 days after I was promised that repaires take 10 days! I have been notified via the Hellopeter site thatt his matter has been escalated and someone from MNT will contact me. I think they also have contracts with MTN and their phones are also being repaired, shame 'cos HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE CONTACTED via telephone?? I am not based in NO-MANS-LAND!!!
Yet if you stop the debit order they contact you VERY QUICKLY!!! Tipical!!!
