On 3rd December 2012, I had logged a query about why my account was debited with an amount of R455, instead of R409, due to my upgrade.
I was advised that that is just what it is - the consultant was unable to explain the reason why.
I had requested that they get me the call recording in order for me to hear that the upgrade consultant did not advise that my bill would be R455, but R409 & this I confirmed a few times with him.
To my dismay - I still have had no feedback from Cell C - it is over a month ago already since logging the complaint. No feedback that they over debited my account and will rectify this error or any kind of apology from them for the error or any kind of explanation of what had occured
