I bought data airtime online on 8ta website and now 8ta, due to complete incompetency think that it was a transaction. The money is off my account and my 8ta service is suspended. I was promised by Joseph on the call centre a call back in 15 min, 24 hours later still waiting for the call.
8ta! My money is good enough to take but I have no service? I am so sick and tired of Telkom/8ta and its disgusting service, or should I say lack of any service.
