On 13th November 2012 i went to the MTN offices in Canal Walk Cape Town to enquire about downgrading my cellphone contract and cancelling my data dongle. It was agreed by MTN Direct in Johannesburg (Jaqui - ref's 93907862 & 93908009 refer). On same dasy i paid in R1936.84 for cell migration to an Anytime 200 contract and R836.09 to cancel my data contract. I was informed that this would take effect with my december billing which i agreed to. Come Dec bill still incorrectly invoiced, January AGAIN then started making numerous complaints on MTN website (ref 1667696) & phone calls speaking to Lucky (28/01), Aubrey (15/01), Thando (06/02) i am still receiving incorrect billing where i AM BEING OVERCHARGED FOR A SERVICE I DON'T HAVE AND MTN IS SITTING WITH MY MONEY I PAID IN NOV 2012 to migrate and cancel!

To me this constitutes and for the past 4 months!!!

Next step for me is the SA Police Services and then Carte Blanche on national TV!!
