8ta / Telkom Mobile
No response of feedback in a month!

I have been attempting to cancel my 8ta contract for about a month now.

First I called the call centre who instructed me to send an email. I then received another email which was forwarded through to another department asking for them to assist me.

Its been a month and no response to either mail.
