Stick to your word!!!

Basically i have a contract on my Mums name with cell c but the banking details are mine, i applied for a Blackberry Z10 and my mum got a call from an contact centre agent, my upgrade is due in April which she did specify but the agent stated that i can go ahead with the contract and the new package will be active from July. Now I get a call from Meera stating that is not possible! she wants to take up the matter apprently because it is not the way that they do contracts and blah blah blah, this is not the first time i have had a problem with this network! They need to get their facts straight and probably train their staff, not only did she me off but also had a dont care attitude about what i said. Dont get peoples hopes up people and make them believe on things that are not possible! My advice is that nobody goes with this Network! Not only did i have to call continously to try and get this sorted, the point is it is not sorted! They need to stick to their word and offer me this package now, dont come with excuses! My husband has MTN and the service he gets is unbelievble, excellent and their contact centres and staff are always helpful, maybe i should port!
