I recently upgraded and took out a new contract through MTN direct. I have never received such excellent service. Caitlin Govender who helped me set up both contracts was patient, efficient and went the extra mile to make sure that I received the best service possible. If more call centres had people like Caitlin working at the the level of service in South Africa would be amazing!
